We made it!! And so did all of the luggage. Amazing! Customs was a breeze. We especially enjoyed the little beagles that sniffed our luggage.
About half way across the Pacific, I suddenly had an overwhelming sense that we had just left everyone and everything we know. It was a very lonely feeling. It didn't help that I was sooo tired and so nauseous. But, all was well in the end.
